Order Policy

Please be aware that the confirmation of an order containing any tobacco products is taken as an acceptance and agreement that the receiver of these products is at or over the legal age for consumption of tobacco in their country. No kiddie sales.

  1. All orders are subject to confirmation by cigarmalaysia.com. cigarmalaysia.com reserves the right to limit order quantities for a given product if we feel the need. In case an ordered product is not available at the time of shipping, cigarmalaysia.com will inform you in a timely manner.

  2. If a customer is entitled to a replacement for a damaged shipment or a lost package, either a new shipment will be dispatched or the order total will be credited to the customer's account. Fair enough.

  3. The customer becomes responsible for delivered products. In case of any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, not a few weeks after because you wanted a woody cigar and got an earthy cigar. No credit or replacement will be made after this period. Goods that were delivered by mistake must be returned within 7 days of reception of the order in their original packaging and by unit of packaging. The buyer bears the shipping costs. Please contact us to obtain instructions for the return procedure to follow.
